A Bruxelles, découvrez:

Avenue Rodenbach

This building includes 12 spacious and comfortable social housing units. Exploitation of the slope of the site has allowed savings to be made on the foundations and the existing car park to be kept. Initially designed as a low-energy building, the structure has even become passive.
Thanks to excellent insulation of the shell of the building, the heating requirements are very low: 13 kWh/m².yr (Brussels average: 150). The double flow ventilation allows88% of the heat of the extracted air to be recovered and ventilation losses to be limited as much as possible.
Ninety-eight square metres of photovoltaic panels have been installed on the roof, capable of providing 58%of the electricity needs of the building. Two large reservoirs (10 m3) recover rainwater. Due to the noisy environment, the building is equipped with acoustic insulation and acoustic windows.
