This 10.3 km-long section passes through a number of green spaces, runs along part of the canal and the Senne, passes by an industrial area and another area devoted to sport, and takes certain municipal or regional roads.

Main attractions Vogelzang site, part of the valley of the Vogelzangbeek: ploughed land, pastureland, mowed meadows, wooded and wet vacant land, hedges, embankments, orchards and rows of pollard willows. Keyenbempt site, on the flanks of the valley of the Geleytsbeek: wooded embankment, vegetable garden, marsh and vacant land. Nearby: the Bempt Park, in Forest.

Midway, the section crosses an area of new industries and others that are abandoned. The promenade passes under the ring, then runs along the Senne for a short distance and the canal on each side, to cross the canal at the Anderlecht lock.
