A Bruxelles, découvrez:

Midi-Suède

Developed by the Brussels Regional Development Agency (BRDA) and the Batipont Immobilier (BPI) company, this project includes construction of 30 flats of 1, 2 or 3 rooms, built according to the criteria for passive construction and sustainable development.
In addition to the main objective of limiting heating energy needs to 15 kWh/m²/yr, special attention has been paid to the choice of construction materials, management of water and waste, maintenance of the building, and the comfort and health of its occupants. The building has among other features an extensive green roof, triple glazing and 88 m2 of thermal solar panels.
The flats should be sold at a set price per m², the Brussels-Capital Region taking on 30% of this. The additional investment for the passive standard cannot in any case be passed on to the buyers. The “Exemplary Buildings” subsidies have allowed this strict objective to be achieved.
