In the various fields in which it is involved, Brussels Environment works together with the 19 communes of the Brussels-Capital Region, as well as with the other Regions. However, our main partners are companies and residents, in other words, each one of you.

In an emergency!

Do you want to complain about acute pollution that has arisen recently?

Do you believe that immediate intervention is necessary because you fear serious consequences for your health and the health of your family, or for the environment?

Have you witnessed or been involved in an incident that could have consequences for the health of the population or the environment?

If so, call 112 and the fire service will take the urgent measures needed to protect the population and the environment.

Brussels Environment will then take action to ensure that that pollution does not reoccur and if necessary restore the areas that have suffered from the pollution to their original condition.
